Owners of the influential Central label, the Memory Foundation are Michael 'Duke' Peter and Martin Retschitzegger, also known as Hi-Lo, Ratio or The Skinless Brothers. The duo started out in 1995, recording for Robert Hood's genre-defining M-Plant imprint, and after a prolonged break have recently returned with the 'Reptiles in Exile' EP for Yore.
