Louie Austen is an Austrian born entertainer who set out during the 70s to follow in the footsteps of his idols - the famous "Rat Pack" Sinatra, Martin and Davis. After extensive travels that took brought him to the stages of South Africa, Australia and the USA, Austen returned to Vienna, where he was discovered by a new generation of electronic musicians - Mario "Nuwalker" Neugebauer and Patrick Pulsinger, mastermind of Cheap Records. Neugebauer produced Austen's first album Consequences that fused Austen's characteristic voice with moody electronics vibes. Austen's second album - the more light-hearted Easy Love - brought international recognition for the adventurous crooner and Austen continued to work with the likes of Peaches, Christopher Just and Gonzales. His third Album Iguana appeared on Klein records in late 2006.
