Recording both under the names Lawrence and Sten, Peter Kersten has released three acclaimed long players and numerous singles so far, all showcasing his own unique brand of deep techno and house. He co-runs two highly recommended labels: Dial and Smallville as well as Hamburg's Smallville record store.

Co-running Dial, Smallville and Laid, Peter Kersten aka Lawrence sure doesn't sound like he is 'In A Rush' with this chilled-to-the-bone deep house track, tantalising the edges with a tranquil and distant zoned-out-ness. 'Tangled Track' is a touch more direct bumping a nonchalant vibrant groove. Nice.
