From the stomping bass drums, and lush, reverb soaked vocal samples heard on 'Mainline' and released by Hypercolour, it is evident that Kris Wadsworth has come a long way since his first days making music at the age of 14. As a teenager, Kris could have hardly conceived that one day his name would be spoken in the same breath as Detroit home-town luminaries Kevin Saunderson, Derrick May, and Carl Craig. However, that's just what's gone on to happen because of his skills as both a DJ and producer of house music. As a DJ, Kris's time tested mixing skills (he's been playing Detroit warehouse parties since 16) keep the crowds' pulse in sync with his turntables.
