From his stomping grounds of Baltimore, Maryland, Chris Clayton, also known as DJ Karizma, has been knee deep in his hometown's hip hop scene for over 15 years as a pioneering producer and DJ. Karizma's versatility on and off stage has become the foundation upon which his productions are crafted and can be heard on his most recent release A Mind Of Its Own released on R2. Karizma balks at the notion that to produce only one style of music is commercially viable. After putting in his time in the Baltimore club scene, meticulously reworking his DJ sets and productions until they reached their full potential, the rest of the world is finally getting to hear and appreciate Karizma's music thanks to a two month European tour in 2008. Self diagnosed as 'A.D.D with music,' (A.D.D means attention deficit disorder for all of you that are wondering).
