Eminor's younger sister was set up in the summer of 2008. Der Hut is a platform with the aim to channel the more technoid, deep and subtle side of the Hamburg based conglomerate. Meaning "the hat" and on-"guard" likewise, DER HUT will try to participate in devoloping its hometown as a meltingpot for cutting edge electronic music by forming new international networks of contemporary musicians and mutual inspiration.
