Berlin based Jay Haze is one of the more ambitious figures on the city's music scene. His recent 'Love & Beyond' album took in 3 CDs worth of material, as well as a number of complementary remixes from the likes of Ricardo Villalobos, with whom he also famously shared a studio. With productions that don't easily fit into the house or techno stables, Jay's sound can as easily take a soulful, funky route as it can dark and minimal one.
