Possibly the epicentre of the current 'Berlin bass' trend, Jahcoozi are a band formed by Oren Gerlitz, Robot Koch and London born singer Sasha Perera, mashing up broken beats, heavy basslines and Sasha's smooth vocal style.

The Album Nearly Naked: Barefoot Wanderer Remixes
was reviewed:
'Nearly Naked' compiles two previous volumes of Jahcoozi remix EPs (incl. Ramadanman, Ikonika, Milanese, and more) alongside brand-new takes by Tayo, LV, Mr. Statik, and Deadbeat. Berlin barefoot meets London bass, with the previously unreleased track 'Rumours' thrown in for good measure. Recommended.

was reviewed:
The second volume of remixes for Jahcoozi's recent album has an all-star assembly of producers revamping their 'Barefoot Dub' and 'Read The Books' originals: Vienna's Stereotyp, London's Ikonika, and last but in no way least, Ramadanman, who contributes an instrumental as well. Strong stuff.
