International Pony is a electro-funk band from Hamburg, Germany consisting of DJ Koze (turntables), Cosmic DJ (percussion/vocals) and Erobique (keys). Their debut 12" 'A New Bassline For José' and the corresponding longplayer 'We Love Music' were released in 2002 and greatly appreciated even across the German borders. Many remix contributions complemented this successful release. The follow up and latest lp 'Mit Dir Sind Wir Vier' came out in late 2006. The trio trades in soul, RnB and juvenile jokes, which is surely a combination you don't hear very often.
