1980 born Igor Vlasov is a deep-house and techno producer based in Moscow, Russia. His first releases appeared in 1998 under the alias Squid Project. In the course of the years, Squid Project was named to S.P.C. and a second pseudonym - Celtic Rhythm - was established for more minimal, danceable techno tracks. In the past few years Vlasov has been producing and remixing for a sheer myriad of labels including Force Tracks and Minimalsoul.
