Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Horace Andy made his first recordings in the late sixties and lent his distinctive falsetto vocal style to many classic reggae productions for Phil Pratt, King Tubby and Prince Jammy. In the 1970s he relocated to London, where he, many years later, got in touch with Massive Attack and which secured him a younger generation of fans.
