The funk runs in the family with Dave 'Clatterbox' Kempston's younger brother Gary dropping his Frustrated Funk debut with 'The Message Cariers' - seven tracks of sparse and abstract electro cuts, reduced to their bleepish and electronica-infused core. Weird and beautiful.
