Growing up in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Gaiser spent most of his teenage weekends succumbing to the gravitational pull of Detroit, hanging out with friends and going to gigs. When he was around 14 he experienced his first Techno party. Richie Hawtin was at the controls and Jon was completely blown away by the pure energy of the music and the originality of the sounds. Ever since began collecting drum machines, synths and fx units developing his very own style which makes him one of the most exciting and sought after producers of his generation.

Of all the artists in the Minus stable, Gaiser has perhaps come to best epitomise the label's minimal techno archetype. Walking bass lines, reduced shuffle beats, and pitch-modulated lead synths characterize 'Unstable Witness', no doubt yet another recommendable release for Minus fans.
