Nonplace is Burnt Friedman's own imprint brought to life at the start of the new millenium. The label releases transitional, collaborative and hard to localise music on the fringes of electronica, jazz, and - most importantly - dub. Contributors include former Can drummer Jaki Liebezeit, global music collective The Embassadors, and Atom TM, who collaborates with Friedman under the project name Flanger.
