With a background as a hip-hop turntablist, Feadz (or Fabien Pianta to his mom) hooked up with Mr. Oizo in 1999, contributing scratches to Oizo's 'Analog Worms Attack' album and commencing a partnership that has lasted to this day. Hooked on Chicago jacks and Miami bass, Feadz started producing his own flavour of digital yet uniquely funky electro, which grabbed the attention of Ellen Allien, who signed him to her BPitch Control label in 2001, for which Feadz recorded four EPs. In 2006 Feadz produced the track 'Pop the Glock' for young Florida-born rapper Uffie, which- once signed to Paris' nu rave outfit Ed Banger - became a worldwide hit and made the pair jet-set superstars literally over night.
