While Edit Select came into being as a label and recording project only fairly recently, the mind behind it is indeed an old hand of Glasgow's techno scene: Tony Scott, better known as Percy X from his productions for Soma Quality Recordings.

Glasgow's Edit Select has been leading the charge as of late in the UK for his brand of kick-driven, warehouse techno. 'Recluse' is deep and introspective, while 'Surface To Air' is strictly for the dancefloor with its chest-thumping kicks and hypnotic drifting hi-hats.|
