Viennese shooting-star and keyboard wizard Dorian Concept's style is as diverse as it is unique: Incorporating stumbling dope beats to wobbly rave sounds and much in between, Concept has been raising attention with recent releases on Domu's now defunct TrebleO label, production for Kissey Asplund on R2, and his latest 12", 'Maximized Minimalization' on Affine. Signed to Amsterdam's esteemed Kindred Spirits label, Dorian Concept's debut album is called 'When Planets Explode'.

The EP Her Tears Taste Like Pears
was reviewed:
Dynamic Viennese synth virtuoso Dorian Concept lets his first release for Ninja Tune drop. The title track is a sweet, synth concoction over fuzzy beats, with the other tracks showing his tireless creativity as he weaves epic jazz and soul melodies in his inimitable electronic style. Another top release.
