Detroit's most off-beat electro crew, the Grand Pubahs were formed by front-man Paris the Black-Fu - the man with the impressive beard - and Andy Toth in the late 90s, the latter leaving the group after their debut album 'Funk All Y'All' to be replaced by Oliver Way. The Pubahs scored a massive underground club hit with their 2000-released single 'Sandwiches', leading to their second album 'Galactic Ass Creatures From Uranus' to be picked up by Steve Bug's Pokerflat label. The Pubah's run their own label, Detelefunk.
