According to legend,Glass Candy's Johnny Jewel heard singer Megan Louise perform an entire set of Jean-Pierre Massiera songs at a Montreal nightclub, and, completely blown away by her voice, decided to base a new group around her: Desire. Also on board is Jewel's Chromatics collaborator Nat Walker, and together the threesome recorded their striking - and confusingly titled - debut album 'II' for Jersey City's Italians Do It Better imprint: Eight gorgeous indie-disco songs about hope and lost love.
