Founded in the early 1990s, Der Dritte Raum is the project of Andreas Krüger and live co-pilot Ralf Uhrlandt. Since its early days recording for Sven Väth's seminal Harthouse label, the project has survived all shifts of time, space, and style with undiminished popularity. From 1998 to 2003 Der Dritte Raum was signed to major label Virgin, but has since returned to its underground roots with releases for Resopal Schallware, the newly reformed Harthouse imprint, and Andreas Krüger's own label, Save To Disc.
