Second release on Civil Music by Darling Farah and this one's a bomb: 'Exxy' is a powerful, minimalist Detroit 'stepper that wouldn't feel out of place on Hotflush. 'Younger' and 'Show Me' surprise with more adventurous arrangements, and 'Crown' follows a moody(mannish) straight and housey path. Ace!
