COH is the alias of Russian sound artist Ivan Pavlov which he adopted after moving to Sweden in 1995. COH (pronounced 'son') can be read in both the Cyrillic as well as the Latin alphabet and means sleep or dream in Russian. Pavlov has recorded for labels such as Mego and Raster-Noton, and frequently collaborated with Coil's Peter Christopherson.

The ever-uncomprimising Ivan Pavlov returns, this time confronting guitars as his album 'IRON' did eleven years ago. Using recordings from his days in the USSR where consuming "metal music" was forbidden, his electronic-rock hybrid is brimming with a magnificent raw energy found seldom these days. Immense.
All Lights Are Fire
