Seattle-born producer Steven Ford started his adventures in music as a speed-metal drummer with a knack for 12-tone compositions, but turned to electronic music during the late 1990s, first adopting the moniker Bobby Karate, and later Bruno Pronsato. His productions encompass experimental minimal techno as well as various other house and techno styles, appearing through his own Thesongsays label, as well as imprints such as Bosconi Records, Hello Repeat, and Philpot.

Thesongsays label-head Bruno Prosato drops 'Anybody But You', exemplifying his labels approach of minimalistic organic house music with an abstract, lofty jazz groover, not entirely unlike some of Matthew Herbert's productions. 'Feel Right' takes the same line, albeit with a slightly more explicit house beat.
