Editions Mego reissue the 2009 debut album of experimental guitarist Bill Orcut, 'A New Way To Pay Old Debts'. The former member of Miami's notorious noise rock band Harry Pussy has developed a unique style of solo guitar playing, using only four downtuned strings to intonate his brutal blues assaults.
