Battles is a Brooklyn-based band comprised of drummer John Stanier (of Helmet and Tomahawk), guitarist/keyboardist Ian Williams (of Don Caballero and Storm & Stress), and guitarist David Konopka (of Lynx). All members bring their honed-in musical skills of past glory to the project, which was signed to 'Warp Records for its 2006 album 'EP C/B EP'.
