Alpha Pup Records was formed in 2004 by producer Daddy Kev and manager Danyell Jariel, first as a licensing entity to represent Kev's back catalog and transformed into a full-fledged label six months later. Alpha Pup serves as an outlet for experimental, creative and adventurous sounds made by close friends within the L.A. scene.
