In 1998 Aril Brikha put his name down in the book of techno history: His track 'Groove La' Chord' off his debut EP 'Art Of Vengeance' still stands tall as a timeless techno classic, utilizing chord stabs and subtle changes of intensity to maximum effect. By no means a one hit wonder, Brikha has since released his debut album 'Deeparture in Time' on Detroit's legendary Transmat label, toured the world with his mentor Derrick May and released on Kompakt, Poker Flat, and London's Peacefrog label, where his album 'Ex Machina' appeared in 2007.

With another EP on Art of Vengeance, Aril Brikha's timeless soulful techno still rules strong. In the vein of his epic 'Winter EP' on Kompakt back in 2007, 'Forever Frost' tingles cold synth melancholy, 'Tundra' pulses shimmering melodies and 'GlaciƤr/For Minou' plugs smoothly deeper. Completely lush.
