Those declared dead live longer: Formed in 1997 by the MCs Priest, Beans, M. Sayyid and beatsmith Earl Blaize, Anti-Pop Consortium was one of the most ground-breaking underground Hip-Hop Crews to emerge in the late 90s. The group was signed to Warp but split shortly after their highly acclaimed album 'Arrythmia'. In 2009 Anti-Pop Consortium have reformed and recently signed to Big Dada for their new album 'Fluorescent Black'.
