Andrea Parker started out producing for James Lavelle's legendary Mo' Wax label, helping shape its characteristic downtempo electronica sound along artists like DJ Krush, DJ Shadow, Urban Tribe and many others. Her 'DJ Kicks' compilation for !K7 made her a household name in 1998 and her love for dark electronic breakbeats made Ms. Parker set up her own label in 2001 - Touchin' Bass which she leads with growing success.
