The newest talent to be added to the Crosstown Rebels roster is the Iranian-Canadian Amirali who appears with his debut album. Grooving between downbeat, house, electronic-pop with his own vocals threading through the tracks, a warm embracing album that matches the CR-ethos, yet offers something a bit different.

Amirali's 'Beautiful World' closely follows the Art Department template with heavy house beats, techno-funk vibes and pop vocals, but it's actually Deniz Kurtel's stripped down electro mix that best satisfies our thirst for Depeche Mode revivalism. Hrdvsion's dreamy version comes also recommended.
