Âme is the German duo Kristian Beyer & Frank Wiedemann. Inspired by the music of Stevie Wonder, WestEnd Rec, Transmat, Weather Report and Herbie Hancock they describe their sound as Detroit-influenced deep house music with soul. Âme have had massive international success with their track 'Rej', which was as one of the major club hits of summer '06. Âme regularly collaborate with fellow Innervisions artists Henrik Schwarz and Dixon.

Âme's only release for Ostgut, but what a big one it is. 'Fiori's original mix crosses over synthetic krautrock and techno in a way only the duo from Karlsruhe can pull it of, while the track's 'Club Mix' is a spiralling 16-minute monster. Epic.
