Canadian maestro of the house sub-genre; minimal, click, glitch and micro are all styles of house he has at various times been credited with creating. 2001 to 2003 have been immensely productive years for Akufen, with highly successful releases for labels like Force Inc., Background or Trapez and also releasing under his Horror Inc. moniker. Topping off this period with a Fabric Mix-CD and by co-founding the Musique Risquée label, not much has been heard from Akufen in recent years, save a few remixes, leaving the world guessing as to his future plans.
