50 Weapons is Modeselektor's white label series, dedicated to remixes and clandestine dance-floor weapons. Contributing artists have so far included hot-shots of the grime, dubstep and UK funky scenes, such as Shackleton, Roska, and Headhunter.

First one for fellow Berlin resident Dave Huisman on Modeselektor's 50 Weapons imprint. Two weighty slices of nifty brooding techno, 'Malfunction (Adjust)' slithering and snaking neurotically and 'Malfunction (Despair)' a lighter more pensive version with echoing highs inducing goosebumps. Excellent.
