The label was founded in 2003 in Weilheim, Bavaria (Germany) and is owned by Micha and Markus Acher (The Notwist). The label's headquarter is now located in Munich releasing music of artists like Console, 13&God or Chronomad .

The indie-electronica sensibility of The Notwist less tightly fused with Doseone's lyrical agility and Jel's broken beat science this time, though still making a diverse and interesting listen.|
